Privacy Policy

Your details go to exactly one kind of place — a contractor who can quote your job. Here is the full path they travel, step by step.

The whole policy as a checklist

  • You send an enquiry; we receive contact details and a job description.
  • The enquiry form and phone number both feed a CRM platform (LeadConnector) that may store data overseas.
  • Your details are forwarded to an independent contractor so they can quote you. That is the service.
  • Nothing is sold, and nothing sensitive should ever be typed into the form.
  • Email us to see, fix or erase what we hold.

Everything below expands one of those five lines. Written with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) in mind. Last updated: August 2026.

What arrives when you enquire

A call to (08) 9516 1339 or a form submission gives us what you chose to include — typically name, phone, email, the job's suburb, and a description of the pool or strip-out (type, size, access, timing, sometimes photos). That is all the form is for. Bank details, identity documents, or anything else sensitive have no place in an enquiry about a pool, and no one acting for this site will ever request them.

The machinery behind the form

The enquiry form is embedded from LeadConnector (also known as GoHighLevel), a third-party customer-relationship platform. Submissions travel to and sit on that platform's infrastructure — which may be outside Australia, including the United States — and are read from there to action your enquiry. LeadConnector publishes its own privacy policy covering its side of that handling.

The phone number is a tracked line

Calls to the number on this site may be logged — number, time, length, and the page that prompted the call — and may be recorded. The purpose is narrow: making sure enquiries get followed up, and learning which pages earn their keep. A recording is treated identically to a form submission; it does not feed marketing lists.

The forwarding step — read this one

This site exists to refer enquiries, so forwarding your details is the processing: your enquiry goes to one or more independent pool removal and strip-out contractors working across Mandurah and the Peel so they can ring you and quote. A contractor who receives it holds it as their own separate business, under their own privacy practices, outside this site's control. Apart from that, your details are seen only by the providers that keep the site standing — hosting, the form platform, call tracking, analytics — and by anyone we are legally compelled to answer.

Cookies, counted not identified

Ordinary analytics may run here, using cookies to tally page views, browsers, devices, rough locations and referral paths. It measures the site, not you, and blocking cookies in your browser breaks nothing.

How long, how safe, how gone

Enquiry records stay inside the platforms named above, behind their security controls, visible only to whoever is handling enquiries. They persist while an enquiry is active plus a reasonable record-keeping tail, then get deleted or de-identified.
