What this site is
A referral website for pool removal and interior strip-out work in Mandurah and the Peel region of WA. It publishes general information and passes enquiries to an independent local contractor who quotes and performs work as their own business. Be clear-eyed about the boundaries:
- The site's operator swings no sledgehammer, drives no excavator, and performs no work of any kind.
- Whatever agreement you reach with a contractor — scope, price, program, variations, warranty, payment — exists between you and them alone, on their paperwork.
- No contractor is the operator's employee, partner or agent, and none works under the operator's direction.
- The operator has not checked any contractor's licences, insurances, qualifications or track record. Those checks are yours, and the disclaimer tells you exactly how to make them — starting with WorkSafe WA and a certificate of currency.
The information here has a use-by date
Cost bands, approval walkthroughs, suburb notes and process descriptions on this site are general guidance for the Peel region, accurate to the date printed on each page and not a day beyond. None of it is a quote, none of it is legal, engineering or building advice, and no page here guarantees that any council will issue any permit, that a price band fits your property, or that any contractor will take your job. Councils answer permit questions; written quotes answer price questions; this site answers neither with authority.
What we expect from you
Enquire honestly, about a property you own or genuinely represent, and keep the form and phone line free of spam, scraping, impersonation and anything unlawful. That's the entire list.

Where liability stops
To the fullest extent the law allows — the Australian Consumer Law included — the operator is not liable for loss flowing from use of this site, from reliance on its general information, or from the work, conduct, pricing or insurance position of any independent contractor you engage after a referral. Where the law refuses to let liability be excluded, it is capped at re-performing the referral. No consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded is touched by this paragraph.
